Review: Shelter

I caught a jam-packed screening of Shelter last week when I really didn't want to. It was the day after I had endured a 14 hour day (full day at work, then Date Night, then Clash) so I could barely keep my eyes open. It's one of those films that is probably really smart and wonderful but went completely over my head because I enjoy simpler films. I don't know, I'm in two minds whether it might be genius or absolute shite. Julianne Moore was great but that's no surprise, she always is. Jonathan R-M fit the role prefectly thanks to those crazy eyes but again, I have no idea what he was like as mine were closed. I'm not the only one as I peeped a few other journos nodding off also. Guess that makes it shit then.
